Last ppd session was about self-reflection. What we did is turn on our phone camera and look at our face(At that time we haven't mirrors) and spent couple of minutes to observe  What can I see through my face.  Obviously I couldn't figure out anything through my face...  By taking time to ask question from myself that challenge my assumptions; how effectively am I performing, what are my strengths and areas to improve,how can improve those areas, and what do I need to to now, how will I know I have made improvements.Self reflection is not about focusing solely on the negative, it also enable you to think about what you do well.It give us a structured for also considering what is positive about your teaching.  When you reflect, you gain a better understanding of what’s working and what’s not. This in turn, allows you to make better decisions and change your actions.

Three Different Skills – One product This is a kind of different game that highly depend on our creativity. What we did is we were grouped as 5-6 members into a group and each one has a unique different kind of skill such as playing a sport, Handmade things, Cooking, Painting. So we should selected three different skills that we expert and create a new product via combined them together. In my group what we did is, we selected painting, playing Taekwondo and Playing PC games as three skills. So our product was a game liked virtual taekwondo which was used the hologram technology. It’s actually complex thing and hard to create such type of game in real world.   Our ma’am asked to do a very simple thing but there are 4 groups. Only one group can satisfied that task. So what they created is a spectacle case which can be used to protect the eyes from UV light and they create it from handmade things. Their idea is perfect than other ideas according to that situation....

         Last Wednesday we visited WSO2 for a workshop which is done about Technical Writing. Actually before that session, neither I had known anything about technical writing nor even available such type of field.          So,the night before that day the hard thing for me was the dress code.I opened my suitcase and find out a proper dress nearly one hour.When I entry to WSO2 I wished I will have a job like this company.In ground floor there are many kind of indoor games such as Carrom to free their mind. It's a nice place.            Our workshop was held in 7th floor named as Area 51. When we entry they gave us a note book and a pen that branded as WSO2 logo. The session was started sharply 9.00 am. Facing to interview-Role play                  Last blog, I posted how to facing an interview.So, last PPD session we did a role play that facing to an interview.It was very important because in my case actually I identified what are the things that I have to improve when I am facing to an interview. Practically so many things to improve to facing an interview.Those things we have to practice.
