#A day per week  #two hours #Ms Sarasi - Over two years..... An inspiring time period was spent as PPD session with adding things to our life through fun and interesting activities.  When the ppd session was begun in 1st year, I had no idea about my strengths, weakness by that time and even I never visit and do not know the places of university. But the session was flowing with very interesting activities as we don't know whether we gathering many important tips to our life. Last ppd session was about self-reflection. What we did is turn on our phone camera and look at our face(At that time we haven't mirrors) and spent couple of minutes to observe  What can I see through my face.  Obviously I couldn't figure out anything through my face...  By taking time to ask question from myself that challenge my assumptions; how effectively am I performing, what are my strengths and areas to improve,how can improve those areas, and what do I need to to now, how will I know I have made improvements.Self reflection is not about focusing solely on the negative, it also enable you to think about what you do well.It give us a structured for also considering what is positive about your teaching.  When you reflect, you gain a better understanding of what’s working and what’s not. This in turn, allows you to make better decisions and change your actions.
