Looks back I n nowadays, Job competition is very higher than past. The Companies required not only the education qualifications and extracurricular activities but also soft skills such as self-confidence, time management, positive attitudes and other kind of work ethics. Therefore, the soft skills are improved by ourselves.  The personal progress development session is guided for improvement of our skills. Our Ma’am prepared games for every session. Those are not only for entertainment but also it is tough very important things to our life. The games are deeply focused to our Soft Skills. But we got an entertainment via that games. The 2 hours are spent very funny and efficiently. Every session belongs to PPD is tough at least one thing to life. Outbound Training Camp The days which was coming to see Trinco sun shine is the best day in my life. It’s my first experience in a camp. I had never participated to a camp. So, at the end of the two days physically I was tired but mentally I was happy. Actually, we not only enjoyed but also learned thing to our life. In my case, I learned many things from that navy officers. Early in the morning (at 3.30 am) we left from university. Ma’am had already divided us into two buses that mixture of seniors and us. It’s a good opportunity to interact with the seniors. Because, we haven’t proper connection with our seniors. So, we sang songs shared our meals. In that case other bus called us “Laveriya bus”. After lunch, there were sessions to improve our skills such as leadership, Planning, Analyzing, how to work with a team etc. There was a game called passing through a high tension wire. Barter Puzzle. The game which is called barter puzzle is very funny, complicated, observably, hacking game (this adjectives are not enough to describe this game). This is the most attractive game which I was done during the last PPD sessions. How did we play the game? 1        First we were divided in to the three groups as 8-10 students in each group. 2        Then, the leaders are assigned for the each groups. 3        There were three magazine papers. Each leader chooses a paper and showed it into their groups. Then we memorized what are the specific pictures that printed on that paper. 4        Then leaders cut the paper into 100 pieces and 10 pieces were collected from each group by our miss. She mixed those pieces and randomly gave 10 pieces to each group. 5        Then we started to fill the puzzle.     ...

Goals of life. This session is very important of my life because it could be definitely identified what are the goals and dreams of my life and how am I going to complete my goals in a proper management such as time, resources and relationships. We had to build a map about goals and the path to complete the goals with time duration. First I built up a sketch in a separate paper for get an idea how I could manage the drawing board. I divided my goals in to 3 categories such as Personal, Professional and Academic. I included about house building, wedding as my personal goals. I planned the location which I would build a house, how I will organize my wedding and how will look after my parents in my own salary. I hope to make a happy in their life in future as my personal goals. As professional goals first of all I will be a good problem solver.it is necessary not only for my job but also my personal life.
