In nowadays, Job competition is very higher than past. The Companies required not only the education qualifications and extracurricular activities but also soft skills such as self-confidence, time management, positive attitudes and other kind of work ethics. Therefore, the soft skills are improved by ourselves.  The personal progress development session is guided for improvement of our skills.

Our Ma’am prepared games for every session. Those are not only for entertainment but also it is tough very important things to our life. The games are deeply focused to our Soft Skills. But we got an entertainment via that games. The 2 hours are spent very funny and efficiently.

Every session belongs to PPD is tough at least one thing to life. Team work is one of the skills that I learned via many sessions and it is the main skill that many sessions were highlighted. The games that we have done belongs to Team work is paper tower, Barter puzzle, Lava River and the other main skill which is improved is leadership. Other skills that I learned is time management, positive attitude, Cooperation etc.
As software engineering students we hardly go out for fun. So, I got out entertainment in two times during the PPD session. When we have to create a blog about our university that is the first time I visited Whole university area and I explored many information about the places which are belong to university. Next time is outbound training camp. It is a very funny interesting and useful session and we learned many things.  


So, the PPD session is Very interesting and very important to my life. At the end of the year I improved many skills considerable amount thank to PPD…..

Workshop Experience in WSO2

         Last Wednesday we visited WSO2 for a workshop which is done about Technical Writing. Actually before that session, neither I had known anything about technical writing nor even available such type of field.          So,the night before that day the hard thing for me was the dress code.I opened my suitcase and find out a proper dress nearly one hour.When I entry to WSO2 I wished I will have a job like this company.In ground floor there are many kind of indoor games such as Carrom to free their mind. It's a nice place.            Our workshop was held in 7th floor named as Area 51. When we entry they gave us a note book and a pen that branded as WSO2 logo. The session was started sharply 9.00 am.
